This page covers the one thing the site actually does with your information: the “Book a demo” form.

What we collect

When you submit the form, we receive your name, role, school, email address, and — if you give it — the number of campuses you run. Nothing else on this site collects personal data; there is no analytics and no tracking script.

Why we collect it

Solely to arrange and prepare for the demo you asked for. A person reads every submission and replies from the address you gave.

Who sees it

The Bellweave team, and Resend, the email provider that delivers the notification and confirmation emails on our behalf. We don’t sell or share it, and we don’t use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

For as long as it takes to have that conversation with you, and a reasonable period afterwards in case you follow up. Ask, and we’ll delete it.
